Group Shoots
These shoots are perfect for coaches and trainers that run Photoshoot weight loss prep. Or for fitness coaches and trainers who want to celebrate accomplishments of their clients in a group photoshoot.
To book a group shoot for you and your clients we require a minimum of 5 people. For group shoots you can select any available date in our schedule. When trying to schedule a shoot it’s best to send us few dates that are ideal so we can verify availability. Weekend bookings have a $50 additional cost per person.
Group shoots consist of the following for each individual:
- 60 min photoshoot session
- 5 high resolution edits
- All images from your photoshoot
Weekday Cost: $575.00 +HST
Weekend Cost: $625.00 +HST
COACHES: This year we will also have a loyalty plan for the amazing coaches we work with each year. For every ten clients that book with Arsenik Studios in 2024 you will receive a Free photoshoot. You can use the photoshoots yourself, or as a prize for any upcoming shoots for one of the clients. In addition, Two Chicks and Some Lipstick will also be giving away a free session for the shoot. For male groups we will apply an offer 5 extra edits that can be given out as a prize or extra edits for current participants.
Branding Days Shoots
This year we are adding a special Branding Days Photoshoot option. This shoot will be a shoot on a white background in studio. We will have a variety of props available but encourage people to bring a variety of custom props for the shoot as well.
The purpose of this shoot is to give people a wide selection of branding materials they can use throughout the year. Reason the shoot will be shot on white background as it will allow easy manipulation of the image for your personal branding materials.
Branding Days shoots consist of the following:
- 60 min photoshoot session
- All images from your photoshoot
Cost: $450.00 +HST
Deposit: $300.00
*Note: for coaches who want extra time and more branding material and outfit changes it is recommended to book two back to back sessions (2 or even 3 hours).
Full Day Photoshoot
This is the ultimate package for those who want to experience a shoot like no other.
- 8 hour day (includes travel)
- All images from your photoshoot
- This package allows the combination of multiple locations. Studio, Outdoors, Gym, Indoors home setting etc.
- Travel time is built into the full day package. Any travel 200km+ outside of GTA will be billed for travel expenses
Cost: $4,500.00 + HST
Deposit: $1000.00
2024 LOCATION PACKAGES (United States / Canada)
Our location photoshoots consist of the following:

Hair & Makeup
Services are provided by our team at Two Chicks and Some Lipstick.
Hair and makeup cost is $250.00 per person and payable directly to the beauty team. You are also welcome to bring your own team for your shoot. Please let us know if you are bringing your own team prior to your shoot.
Deposits
Upon selecting a photography package, clients are required to provide a non-refundable deposit to secure their booking. The amount of this deposit will vary depending on the chosen package. Should circumstances arise that necessitate the rescheduling of a shoot, clients may notify us no less than 30 days prior to the initially scheduled shoot date to reallocate their deposit for a subsequent session within the same calendar year. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. This policy is in place to ensure that we can manage our scheduling efficiently and continue to provide high-quality service to all our clients. By proceeding with the deposit payment, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.
